The procedure on site will then be as follows:
Short site inspection of factory premises and defective plant components => safety risks
are determined and discussed with your staff. We will commence the works when it is
ensured that no health or safety risks exist for both your and our staff.
1. Inspection of plant component
Our service technicians will inspect the presumed defect component.
2. Assessment of actual situation
The findings will be documented in a report, including images / footage.
This way, you can verify our findings upon completion of the inspection.
3. Development of a solution concept Immediately
Upon completion of the inspection, we will propose a solution using images / footage.
In collaboration with your staff, we will promptly develop an implementation plan
(procurement of spare parts, staff, etc.).
4. Development of a repair plan
Are the repairs mandatory at this time, or can they be postponed?
Who deliveres what? Who hast the parts on stock?
5. Delivery of spare parts
The spare parts can either be taken out of your stock or out of ours.
Should the required parts be out of stock in both your and our inventory,
we will give our best to procure the parts within 24 hours.
6. Implementation
We will perform the works using skilled and qualified staff. Trained in health and safety issues,
our staff is instructed to respect all relevant health and safety issues,
as well as your in-house safety regulations. If necessary, safety deficiencies will be pointed out.
But at the same time we assure you that the works will be performed at minimum time
– in spite of all safety measures.
We realise that every hour of down-time costs a lot of money.
7. Supervision of commissioning
Upon completion of work and technical acceptance, one of our service technicians will
monitor the commissioning of the plant. Any possible variables in the entire flue gas
treatment plant can thus be either corrected on the spot, or reviewed with your staff in the control room.
Should the commissioning be delayed by any other plant components,
we are happy to return at any desired time.
Supervision of commissioning will only be omitted at your express wish.
8. Preparation of a detailed report
After successful commissioning, a detailed report on the performed repairs will be issued.
Usually, it is sent to you in advance as a PDF.
The hard-copy will be sent shortly afterwards, including all records on CD.
9. Report generation including suggestions for improvement
Our report will not only document the performed works, but will also contain suggestions which,
in our view, guarantee a longer running-time and/or lifespan. So you, as a plant operator, can save a lot of money.
