I-AS GmbH aims to not only optimise
your control system, but also reduce
power consumption, thus lowering
CO2 emissions.
Modern dust extracting plants are often
equipped with emission monitoring
units which continuously monitor and
determine dust emissions.
Should this be the case, then it is possible to create a superordinate control loop
using the dust concentration measurement signal – the so called energy optimisation.
By means of energy optimisation one is able to force arbitrary dust emission values.
The energy optimisation automatically regulates the high-voltage supply units to find
the minimum power consumption, based on the selected (emission) values.
With the corresponding software and aligned high-voltage regulators, considerable
power savings can be obtained.
This means reduction of energy cost and, not least, less environmental impact.
